Cal Tillinghouse

Cal Tillinghouse (D-Texas) is a member of the House of Representatives and a friend of John Hoynes. He works with Hoynes to give the Vice President credit for the passage of a gun bill after previously being opposed to the bill. His quid pro quo is simply knowing the man who will be President, according to Hoynes.
