Earl Boen is an American character actor who played the reporter Paulson in the episode Manchester (Part I). He is best known for his role as Dr. Peter Silberman in the Terminator series, appearing in The Terminator, Terminator 2: Judgement Day (with Xander Berkeley and Dean Norris) and Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines.
