Ronald Jackson "Jack" Moseley was the Senate Majority Leader in early 2003.

Career

He ran for president in the 2002 presidential election, although his primary campaign likely came to an end when he gave a long, rambling, incoherent answer to the question "why do you want to be president?"

He criticized the Bartlet Administration in January 2003 after they attempted to pass a $17 Billion Foreign Aid Bill. He was quoted as saying "We're throwing money halfway across the world." (Guns Not Butter)
