Libby Patricia Lassiter, was the First Lady of the United States from 1991 to 1999. She is the widow of former President Owen Lassiter. Libby was commonly known as a traditional White House Hostess, attending ceremonies and receiving guests.
Mrs. Lassiter's maiden name is Hauser. Incidentally, Libby Hauser is also the name of a congresswoman in Legally Blonde 2.
