Loomis was one of C.J. Cregg's Big Block of Cheese Day appointments. He was concerned with the plight of wolves (such as Pluie) and other animals whose migratory and mating patterns were disrupted by human beings and the spread of their influence. He, along with Jerry and Marge, proposed a 'wolf-only highway' to solve the problem.
