Nancy was the Assistant to the Executive Secretary.
Biography
Nancy would often remind the President of schedule obligations, or assist Charlie Young in duties of the outer office. She was an assistant to Dolores Landingham and later Deborah Fiderer.
President Bartlet told Nancy to tell her mother that he was looking forward to seeing her again, suggesting that the two had a personal friendship.
