Richard Schiff is an American actor and comedian. Schiff portrays Toby Ziegler on The West Wing.
Career
Schiff won an Emmy for the role in 2000 and was nominated again in 2001 and 2002. Schiff has starred in movies including Ray, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, The Martian Child, Deep Impact, I Am Sam, Last Chance Harvey, Man of Steel and What's the Worst That Could Happen?. He has also made memorable guest appearances on Burn Notice, Entourage and Bones.
Richard directed two episodes of The West Wing: Talking Points and A Good Day.
