Dr. Stanley Keyworth was a trauma specialist brought in by Leo to work with Josh after he contracted post-traumatic stress disorder ("Noel"). He also worked with President Bartlet when he couldn't sleep ("Night Five"). He continues to work with the President after his sleeping problems have been treated ("Holy Night "). He was played by actor Adam Arkin.
Stanley was mentioned again by Donna Moss in "Evidence of Things Not Seen" - she wanted Josh to call him after the stress of the incident where someone took potshots at the White House Press Room.
