Steven Culp played Speaker of the House Jeff Haffley on The West Wing. He is perhaps best known for his recurring roles on Desperate Housewives and JAG. He also played Robert Kennedy in the movie Thirteen Days. Despite the surname, and his looks, he is not related to actor Robert Culp.
