Several protocol errors:

John's most senior title is the Marquessate of Needham and Dolby, followed by his two Earldoms then the Baronetcy, which should always be listed in descending order.

He should be formally referred to (e.g. When presenting his credentials as ambassador) as "The Most Honourable, The Marquess of Needham and Dolby", which would literally appear on his passport. Less formally, or in conversation, he may be referred to as "John, Marquess of Needham and Dolby", "Lord Needham", or simply as "John Marbury". To complicate matters some Peers choose to go by "(first name) (title)", hence "John Needham".

The curtesy title "Lord (first name) (surname)", which can be correctly shortened to "Lord (first name)" but never "Lord (surname)" is only ever used for a younger son of a Duke or Marquess. As John is a Peer in his own right, Lord John, Lord Marbury and Lord John Marbury are all incorrect.

It is possible that he once correctly used this curtesy title (e.g. If he was a younger son, with his older brother the heir to his father's titles). If he was the oldest son, the first title he would've held by curtesy would be one of the two junior Earldoms.
