Tony Plana played Mickey Troop. He is perhaps best known for his role on the television program Ugly Betty (with Alan Dale). He has also had recurring roles on Desperate Housewives (starring Felicity Huffman), 24, The Fosters (starring Teri Polo), The Punisher (starring Paul Schulze) and Resurrection Blvd.. He has appeared in a number of films, including An Officer and a Gentleman (with Ed Begley, Jr.), ¡Three Amigos!, The Rookie (with Xander Berkeley and Tom Skerritt), Havana, JFK, Primal Fear (with Terry O'Quinn) and Roman J.
